The literal ecumenical translation (TLE) is in the process of translation. Since 1999 some books of the New Testament have been published in small booklet form. It is a literary ecumenical translation carefully reproducing the exact form of the Greek text, characteristic of each New Testament book. It has received successful criticism but it still has to be completed, at least for the New Testament.
